I have an #idea / #suggestions .. why not government keep all registered motor vehicles under one link. it will be easy to trace vehicle and its owners information. this would benifit to all people, Banks and police. please do think about this.

On 26-4-15 in his speech Maan Ki baat Respected PM Mr Narendra Damodardas Modi emphasized on MAYLA MATHE PE DHONA (carrying dirt on head). The phrase was headline in each and every NEWS of the day. Is He really concern about this and made provisions of reservation in LOK SABHA, RAJYA SABHA, STATE VIDHAN SABHA, MILITARY etc etc etc ...... Such reservations are in place in other aspects of life.
Respected PM Mr NARENDRA DAMODARDAS MODI SIR do you have explanation or just a speech.

(1) First and foremost is to minimize generation of anymore physical records. In that the government should first provide the necessary digital alternative to all the record keeping requirements. The digital platform should be used by every single government agency including the central, state, corporation, municipal and panchayat levels.
(2) Digitization of the existing legacy records should follow only after achieving the first objective.

In my view, large scale digitization should happen in following areas :
1. Citizen records & citizen services
2. Land Records, Land processes
3. Various workflows and approvals within government departments
4. Legal case files
5. Digital libraries making knowledge available to the citizens of India

In my view a free limited internet connection to all the people of India is the most appropriate way to start digitization in large scale.
