The working hours of almost all the government offices are 9 AM to 6 PM. It is very difficult for any correspondent to the banks because almost all the government sector banks open at 10 AM.
Kindly pursue the matter and oblige

Digitization of all Gov.records is necessity with high speed access n mobility,I'd like to draw attention on real estate,if it's get digitized and work as paid customer advisory office which provide information regarding ownership n possession of d properties to stop fraud registrations n illegal possessions n it will highly minimize or stop the new civil matters in courts as we all know how people suffers for justice years n years for someone's mistakes.
Thanks

Ancient manuscripts and government records are still lying in hard copies in public libraries and national archives in dismal condition. For RTI and preserving of heritage and culture is of importance, these tasks should be taken with priority.
I received an email from a mailing list for sanskrit developers, I'm posting the link here because of limits in comment's size.

Digitization of the government records is an essential step and future vision for e-governance. we must go ahead for it. Law should be framed but not implied soundly that is the worst side of our growing governance.....
I strongly recommend to have digitisation of government record so that we can store it for long time and access it on a single click.
Thanks for giving me this opportunity to share my thoughts.

Pls collect all the educational qualification data of students and youth, age 10 years to 30 years. All schooling details like school name, till which class studied, grade/percentage followed by graduation college details and current job details or field in which expertise studies going on. This will be helpful for Skill India Program. You will have better projection on number of youths for a particular field available by academic year end and try generating jobs accordingly.

1. All property with owners details - residential (plots, flats), commercial and industries should be collated at put at one platform. This will be first step to check tax evasion in real estate where max of black money is used.
2. All Nationalised ID Proof details shpuld be at one platform - Passport, AADHAR, PAN, Driving License, Voter ID. That will be best thing to curb forgery of any of these ID's for various government schemes or any social scheme purposes.

Just like aadhaar card, every house hold address should also be given a number e.g
in singapore 760101 is pincode representing a building. It saves tons of computing space
