Each property like land, building should be identified and must be numbered and digital information must be kept with govt once.
then just transfer that by sale, merger of property or split of 1 property in many parts should be possible.
As physical share, debenture and M.F. are become future.
land record keeping and dastavej and so many xerox must be stop.
keep a demate like account and all should be in that.

only one card identification of each person should be required in all kind of work with government and privet e.g. aadhar card. crime, frauds, corruption & all kind of problems can be minimize.
Paper work, xerox, huge data handling and keeping data can be minimize with this. every country has it's citizen card and use that only.
For every work with govt. at present, we have to give so many xerox proofs. this is wastage of our national resource. just give your thumb or aadhar card No, no xerox

at present almost most of the citizens are having aadhar cards with them but also in order to clear the passport people need to give a sum of 500/- to police for verification which is a big part of corruption. If not paid then they will hold for most of the time means finally they will extract that amount anyway.as people are in hurry in this making of passport then can't there be synchronization of aadhar card with person data so that police verification can be done online by that authority.

We are registering documents in registrations office by paying stamp duty, registration fee for any type of agreement. After successful registration people also have to goto to respective agency for the amendments. It should be from registration office only. e.g. I have done agreement to buy a resale flat. After that i have to go to electricity office/corporation office to submit the documents for ownership of electricity connection / flat etc. Such type of work should be done automatically.

At present, there are various types of cards for citizens - Voters card, ration card, Aadhar card, PAN card etc. etc...which should be merged into one. Only one identification card/citizen card, which incorporates all the details about the citizen. It is now easy with introduction of Aadhar card, incorporating biometric detailing. A foolproof mechanism should be evolved to digitize the details of every citizen, and connect each individual to a unique number instead of present various cards.

The important documents that should eb digitized through RECAPTCHA is the the manuscript available in palm leaves.
The various books (indian language) available in the library.
Different maps/ drawing (Electrical, water pipe line, house building approvals, etc.). This will help us to maintain and spot violations wasily and quickly.

RECAPTCHA is a technique that can be used for digitization in a large scale through crowd sourcing. We can have automatic digitization software to digitize the text it is able to recognize. The words the system can not recognize, should be displayed to the user of any government site as a CAPTCHA to which the user enters. There can be two captcha lots (one which is already recognized and the other which is not recognized with ther position randomly changed) and the user will have to enter both.

On 26-4-15 in his speech Maan Ki baat Respected PM Mr Narendra Damodardas Modi emphasized on MAYLA MATHE PE DHONA (carrying dirt on head). The phrase was headline in each and every NEWS of the day. Is He really concern about this and made provisions of reservation in LOK SABHA, RAJYA SABHA, STATE VIDHAN SABHA, MILITARY etc etc etc ...... Such reservations are in place in other aspects of life.
Respected PM Mr NARENDRA DAMODARDAS MODI SIR do you have explanation or just a speech.
