Honorable Prime Minister, As we enroute the Amrit Kaal, our education system needs a reboot at grassroots level. 1. Human resource needs more specific trainings 2. Due to irregular accountability, all schools do not follow the same standards. I as a teacher have to pay separately to CBSE to get trained. Then that must reflect in our salaries too 2. When children with special needs are admitted in a generic class, generic educators are left with few choices. They need a special curriculum and more special efucators 3. Incompetencies of Mid-day meal scheme could be covered with neighbourhood schools. 4. Child-industry-teacher e-portals could create breakthrough prototypes in specific sectors 5. Specific CSR school funding opens up ways for varied scholarships, fellowships, infrastructure 6.Reintroduction of exams for pre primary levels or a complete elimination of exams or redesigning the Exam pattern - par at all levels 6. Why not All India Education Services for experienced people?

State governments should be advised to use citizen participation platforms. Many states that insist on state autonomy do not listen to the opinions of the people in the process of formulating policies and amending laws. Anti-people policies and laws are implemented and become ineffective. Even though state governments form committees, they do not approach the concerned parties for their opinions. In future, the policies and laws brought by state governments should not be approved by the central government if they do not reflect the views of the people. All state governments should make it mandatory to seek public opinion on the state government pages of mygov.in. It is sad that many state governments, even after so many years of independence, are avoiding citizen participation. The Prime Minister should advise state governments to allow citizen participation in governance, like the central government.
