Dr GOPAL KISHANRAO PATIL 12.08, 2025 Oum,Respected Prime Minister Hon’ble Shri Shri Narendra Damodardas Modi Sir jee,I would like to Humbly suggest that following “BEAR YOUR JUSTICE “ Scheme may be announced and implemented in India. “ ‘Justice delayed Justice denied ‘ means abnormal delay in giving justice is nothing but is depriving the aggrieved party justice to him.Now a days to have final court decision in any regular Civil suits, it takes average 10 years.During this period one has to suffer with money, mind and manpower. Some bad elements in the society are taking disadvantage of this delayed justice process.If once it is well established that aggrieved party will get justice within minimum time period and culprits will be send behind the bar with due process of law,so that nearly fifty percent crimes will be reduced. Though every Government desires to do so as more than fifty percent politicians are from legal field.They can not do it due to scarcity of money for running jud
