The policies to develop the rural area should be designed at the rural area only not in the airconditioned room at the capital of either state or of the country.
Every rural area has its specific needs, natural resources, economy background etc. so planning should be made in the villages not in the cities. This is the only solution to avoid the cities to be overcrowded.

So in crafts museum the industry and product are same. Hand looms and handicrafts. But not a single buyer. The artisans and craftsmen were sitting idle. They are brought by the gov on a wage of 250 rupees per day with food and lodging. Does hat help? Noooo. They need customers and why they don't get it? 2 reasons
1. No promotion done for craft museum I am in Delhi for last 15 yrs and came to know about it recently.
2. They don't know the customer deman hence not able to sell. Awareness require

Out of all factors the most important factor is SKILL DEVELOPMENT.
Let me share an instance. Have been hearing now an then that handloom and handicraft industry is seeing a downfall, hundreds of villagers and tribal people are going jobless. I stay in Gurgaon. I attach herewith two articles titled 'A Roadmap for growth in Indian Villages' and why India needs Food Bankers which suggests food monetization and outsourcing of village development work to a newly developed capacity holder 'Village Audit and Architect Firm'against consulatation fee. Both can be catalytic in skill development and other developmental roadmap of rural area. The ideas are worth replicating on ground as it would create jobs for rural and urban youth alike

Mgnrega can help these people by providing wage employment and skill development of youth by DDU. I think my govt should decide about my view and take necessary action.
The tribal persons are belong to our society. And Mgnrega can break the migration between them and the other.
So, I think Mgnrega is a powerful weapon to develop our tribal society. Besides SSA can be a part of education among them. SBM can teach them about cleanliness.

For the development plan many trees are broken these trees should be replant to prevent the natural disaster. The triable people should give the task for replantation of trees in there area. Distribution of medicinal & fruit plant in them to grow & enjoy the benefit. So the triable people will get the work & nature will also maintain.
