All those farmers who want a secure income and retirement benefits, for them and their children who agree to act as farmers and adopt farming as profession, they be asked to work either for government or for private cos who will do the farming on their land professionally. The crop belongs to Government, but farmers get a decent salary. That is what they want- they do not die of hunger because of salary and retirement benefits. This way the nation gets food grains and farmers salary.

Govt should start agricultural firm in india because max tribal people or rural people in india are totally dependent on agriculture. It will not only increase agricultural economy in india but also it can remove unemployment to a large extent and also it can make india largest exporter in crops and also inc Quality life of farmers.

Organic farming, beekeeping, pissiculture, vermiculture, producing compost manure are some of the activities where tribals can earn a decent livelihood in sync with nature. The govt. must not forget that tribals consider forests as their home. Evicting them from our jungles will not lead to their development. Similarly, their exodus into cities and towns shall be of no use. Steps should be taken to ensure that tribals earn their income from their own habitats vide self employment opportunities
