Sir The main problem with tribals is their inability to deal in the language of the natives of their own state. They can be given literacy, through which they are prevented from monetary and other forms of exploitation.self employment will be the best initially as most of them will be reluctant to work as laborers .Best way will be help them in finding markets for tribal products.Again training in skills which enables them to work outside their region can be given to educated people within the

Tribal india can generate natural products free from poison and pesticides. We should create a special BRAND NAME for those products so that they can be marketed all over the world. And if Modi ji promotes it through media, within one month this problem will be solved for ever!

since its an age of online marketing, access to online shops like flipkart and amazon should be made limited because this makes the rich more richer. And the government should open its own online portal(flipkart style) where indigenous indian products can be sold.Advantages are 1.make in INDIA plan a success 2.income for both tribals and gov 3.prevents money drainage to foreign lands 4.morale boost and hope to indigenous people since they constitute most part of our population 5.no poverty

North East India is full of green lush Bamboo grass which is renewable. Bamboo can be used for industrial packing, flooring. Develop the bamboo Industry in a big way in NE India through both Public and private participation. It is eco-friendly also. Bamboo flooring should be promoted in new housing / commercial real state projects in similar way to Khadi.
bamboo fabric mixed with other fiber should be developed to make clothes. bamboo flooring is widely exported world-wide.

Sir,We need to create a better base for the tribal people.Better base in the sense, an ecosystem which must satisfy all the basic requirements such as food, housing etc.,Free education with talented staffs must be given to them. Then, during weekends special programmes(social, medical awarenesses; skill development programmes)must b conducted by Youths.I say weekends so that it doesn't disturb their academic or working schedule. We must make tribal people know that they are of great importance.

Encouraging tourism is one of the ways to provide livelihood to tribals. Places of tourist interest near the tribal areas should be developed.Wide publicity to be given to these tourist attractions.Handicrafts and eatables prepared by the tribals should be sold near the tourist spots. Tribal boys should be trained as guides. Tribal dances and culture should be popularised near the tourist destinations. Tribals should be taught to operate cameras, so that they can help tourist to take photograph

Modiji, मन्त्रियॊ कॆ लियॆ कॊइ AGE LIMIT नहीं होता है लेकिन IAS बनने के लिए 30 साल? This nonsensical law must be changed. वैसे भी हमारे गोआ में बाकी राज्यों की तरह IAS वाली training नहीं होती है| My big dream of at least trying for IAS got shattered as I don't come either under OBC or SC/ST. Goa Public Service Commission has an age limit upto 40 years. Make UPSC at least 37 years. If policy makers feel that people beyond the age of 30 cannot make good IAS officers, then why politicians above 40?
