Sir government officers attitude hurt customers many times in a single day just asking some common querries.This happen in Hospitals, Schools,Post offices n many others places.Kindly make some provision to help customer.There are many Grievnce Redressal procedure like online and offline but they didn't help us.I feel many time this problem & its a serious issue.I have filled many complain Post office, Pension office on behalf of me or some old persons who need solution but we didnt get a solutn.
