सबसे पहले जो गवर्नमेंट पड़ाई करा रही है खास तौर पर computer आईटी लर्निंग कोर्सेज जैसे DOEACC से CCC गवर्नमेंट जॉब में only इसको हि मान्यता दी है गवर्मेंट के और जो भी कोर्सेज है क्या उनकी मान्यता इतनी नही है अगर नहीं तो फिर उन कोर्सेज को बंद कर देना चाहिए अगर है तो फिर computer बेसिक को मान्यता देनी चाहिए जिसमें (computer fundamental ,M.S. Office, windows, internet) हों | ये बात बहुत विचार करने वाली है इससे कई कोर्सेज गवर्नमेंट के खतरे में पद गये है |

पहले याह सुनिषत करे की जो भी वास्तु उस उद्योग से बन के निकलेगी उसके लिए बाजार सुनिषित हो जहाँ उसे आसानी से बेचा जा सके ।उदहारण के लिए लघु उद्योग सॉफ्ट टॉयज बनाता हैं यदि उन्हें भारत में चीन के सॉफ्ट टॉयस से मुकाबला करना पड़ा तो यक़ीनन वो लघु यूनिट कुछ ही महीनो में बंद हो जाएगा इस से बचने के लिए सबसे पहले चीन से सॉफ्ट टॉयज का आयात पूरी तरह प्रतिबंद किया जाए जिसका फायदा हमारे देश में बनने वाले सॉफ्ट टॉयज को पूरा बाज़ार मिलेगा नियम छोटे उद्योग में लागू किया जाये और पुरी तरह चीन के सामान को बंद

The best way of promoting Entrepreneurship Education is to have more and more Incubation Centers and E-Cells all over the world so that People before Starting up their own ventures are aware of all what will be required from them in that particular Business.

There should be district and tehsil level teams, who should atleast train these people and utilise them in production of small baskets, flower pots etc, which should be sold by them in local markets and even outstation. Even this free labour should be utilised by govt. Contractors for building of roads etc. This would make mnarega a profitable activity.
