The outbreak of the global pandemic COVID -19 presents a challenging time for everyone around the world. Not only is this pandemic a serious medical concern, but it also brings mixed emotions and psycho-social stressors for all. There are emerging mental health concerns with specific focus on Children, Adolescents and Youth as they more vulnerable to heightened level of stress, anxiety and fearfulness, along with a range of other emotional and behavioral issues. COVID-19 has also brought new stressors on Teachers and Parents hampering their capacity to provide positive support to their wards. While it is important to focus on continuing education on the academic front, we must give equal importance to the mental health and well-being of the students.

Manodarpan, an initiative of the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, under the AatmaNirbhar Bharat Abhiyan, aims at mobilizing psycho-social support to help Children, Youth, Teachers and Parents country-wide in a comprehensive and multimodal manner during conditions like COVID-19 and after. MyGov in collaboration with the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, hereby invites citizens to share ideas and inputs to combat the psycho-social stress on School & College Students, Teachers and Parents, caused due to COVID-19 pandemic. Mental health is yet another concern growing during pandemic. Anxiety, stress and fearfulness are major problem for adolescents and youth due to lack of social interactions. Burden of studies given by teachers and parents are also some reasons for youth to get distracted and brings mixed emotions. Teachers and parents both are concerned of their children for their studies as schools and colleges are continued to be closed by the situation is not under control.

THE IT GENERATION IS RETARDING HEALTH,THOUGHTS DUE TO EXCESSIVE MOBILE USE AND THE VIOLENT GAMES.IN EDUCATION,ONLINE CLASSES ARE GOING NOW,BUT THIS CLASSES CANT BENEFIT THE STUDENTS IN RURAL AREAS.I GUESS THAT THIS YEAR THE NO OF EYE PROBLEMS ALONG WITH HEALTH PROBLEMS AS OBESITY,ETC.THIS IS NEED BUT I REQUEST AFTER PANDEMIC STUDENTS SHOULD KEPT AWAY FROM THIS.I AGAIN REQUEST PLZ,BAN THE GAMES WHICH ARE VIOLENT AS THE BRAIN OF TEENS IS GETTING ADDICT STRESSED.IT WILL DESTROY BHARAT'S FUTURE

When we are having a re-look at our education policy, it is necessary that we have a look at the moral values in our society. In order to achieve our goals many a times we do not hesitate even lowering our ethical values. Falling moral standards is a matter of grave concern. Our society can not prosper without moral values. Its high time we introduce moral education in primary and intermediate schools. Our Politicians, Judiciary and Bureaucracy must set examples and quoted.

There may be two three school or college going children in a family. There may not be enough smartphones or laptops so that every student can attend on-line classes simultaneously. NGOs' shall step in to fulfil the needs of underprivileged students. Many NGOs used to distribute, copies, books or other study materials during normal regular school days. They shall now distribute tablets or smartphones if students' family is not able to afford this.

1.Meditation and yoga.
2.Not so much online classes.
3.Break bt online classes.
4.Limited use of mobile by students.
5.No stress of exams.

In the below blog it is mentioned that the flying squirrels are extent from world 70 years ago. In India this squirrels are seen resently . This may a very popular tourist attraction . If you can pay attention on this so please pay it. Atlast I have a humble request to you that for tourist and for such helpless animals you please pay attention.

Mental health fitness is very important for student..in my view MEDITATION and YOGA help us to maintain mental fitness.2 HEALTHY and BALANCE FOOD maintain mental fitness.3 MOBILE and COMPUTER use minimum to maintain mental fitness.4 PARENTAL CARE help us to maintain mental fitness.

Respected Sir, I want to request you to order CBSE to take a survey of students and parents about preperation of students for board exams 2021. All schools said children are prepared but this id not truth. No student is completely prepared for board exams. CBSE should take a survey of students and their parents about preperation not the schools. Schools will never tell truth because if they, their reputation will be harmed.

But this is a question of life of lakhs of students.

Respected Sir, i wanted to tell you about a serious matter. CBSE asked schools about online classes and preperation of students for board exams but all schools said students are prepared but reality is no one is prepared completely because online studies are not enough. But now CBSE has said all exams will be taken as normal as before. Paper will be hard. But this is injustice with students. If papers will be taken 99 percent students will not gain good marks and will be depressed so take action

Honable education minister I suggest to all students do more and more meditation at least time taken 10-15 minutes to relax our mind to be calm and more concentrate and learn or doing something fast as compare before time
