By creating a corridor 10 to 12 feet wide in between the main roads of city with in the places like:-
kishanpara chowk to K.K.V. Hall,Raiya Chowk to Race Course Ring Road, Mahila Chowk to Station Plot Main Road
this will help in uninterrepted movenemt of ambulance ,fire tenders , VIP/VVIPS N police patrolling and will help in the disaster management also.

(1)First of all farmers giving their agricultural product should get a good profit .
(2)plastic bags should be banned.
(3)special arrangements to be made for ambulances ,pcr,fire brigade.
(4)cycling should be promoted at a high level and cyclist should be given equal right on the road to move .
(5)beggars should no be there on the streets ,they should be provided a place where they can work and earn livelihood
(6)by imposing a ban on more polluting vehicles.

If possible try to make all main electric wires underground, then we ll get ride of all wires and poles. city will look more neat and clean.
Also try some common Wi-fi system for city so person having wi-fi connection is not limited to his place only. he should have the access to his wi fi all over the city.

All the deisal operated vehicles, Auto Rickshaw, Govt. Buses must be replaced with that of battery or cng etc.In internal roads of Sectors there is a big problem of parking of vehicles.Tile terracing work has been done by the Municipal Corporation but the peoples are utilizing the facility for there own and the vehicles are parked on road side which creates traffic problem which needs to be solved by the councilor with request and persuation. It is also imperative need to maintain the treesplant

All parking need to be underground .
Red lights need to be digital.

Rain water harvesting must be used as well as sufficient water must be supplied.
