mobile van/bus Health checkup labs & mobile diagnostic labs can be permitted similar in line with 108 ambulance services with twist of PUC vans standing at petrol pump. This can be good business model involving private doctors also with minimal fees. people will not have to travel to cities for basic treatments. Gov can asks state gov to start as model in one district & later replicate it to other places. any students doctors or lab technicians opting for above models should be supported with loans form gov at low intrest rates for setting up business. these vans can be equipped with GPS devices with bank support which will help to coordinate these vans in case of emergency or calamity or war.
we r lackin paediatrician and gynecologist in in indian tribal areas.we need to promote speciality medicine. In govt hosp everythin is done by Mbbs doctors bcoz of lack of specialist.speciality medicine can make a lot more difference to the health care system

Will our government learn from the example of Colombia, which is a developing country at about the same ladder in terms of economic development as India yet has achieved universal health protection and is one of the most notable cases of recent progress in this sphere in Latin America? The Colombian health system is based on the principle of "universality", which means that all citizens are obliged to join one of two insurance schemes: contributory plan for employees & subsidized one for poor.

In case Government really want to solve the Maternal & Child Health for Tribals, Health Department must Encourage all the Effective Self Reliant Therapies and stop giving undue importance to Allopathy by considering it as only original Therapy & all other Effective Self Reliant Drugless Therapies as Alternative. Also Government must organize Training & Treatment camps of such Therapies.
Yearly AADHAAR based subsidized preventive health checkup for all women will be real effective way to provide better health to women and through women to all society
Government must Encourage Effective Self Reliant Drugless Therapies & Organise Training and Treatment Camps for the same in Tribals Areas. For that Government should not depend only on Allopathy because it does not fulfil the criteria of Good Therapy.This will definitely solve the problem for the Maternal & child Health for Tribals without any extra burden.
Precaution should be taken so that Body vitality is not damaged while considering Maternal and Health for Tribals.
