Why IIT,IIMs are regarded the most prestigious institutions in our country when a Govt. run primary and secondary schools are not regarded by citizens of the country.Obviously it is because of the infrastructure, latest technology, and quality of resources. Why this is not possible in Govt. Schools? It is because of lack of funding to Govt. schools. To bring nationwide standard fee structure to all schools & tax schools that gets more fees to fund development of Govt. Schools. Create fee slabs.
