Start Date :

Education is considered as the backbone of development, both at the individual household and societal levels. Educating the tribal children has been a challenge for the Government ...
Dropout rate and literacy rate..not only for tribes it is happening in every where every community not only tribal even uper casts.in my view point the major reason for this low litrecy rate is poverty , unemplolment and low income.we cant increase litrecy rate juss to give free education.we have to plan a meaningful and skilful education. In our village yhe menatality is that What can you do if you got high education.ton.so we have work on changingchanging this mindset by advertising motivating
If we stop calling tribes, then they will become more competitive by looking for more opportunities.
language.once they have attained the level of mainstream schooling they can be integrated with our formal education system. the overall atmosphere in schools should be friendly ,interactive and in tune with their cultural norms.Vocational training in Tribal handicrafts will be helpful to those who couldnt integrate with mainstream schooling to find suitable employment and govt should help them in finding markets for tribal handicrafts.
local customs and traditions willing to stay in the tribal areas ,interact with them and take people into confidence ,and then create awareness about the need for literacy by empowering them as to how it can change their day to day life.Residential schools can be started with community participation will be more successful.Curriculum should give importance to their language and culture and slowly they can be imparted education in the local language of their state and later to second conti..
SIR tribals have a distinct culture of their own.Unlike other castes/groups any attempt to reduce dropout rate and increase literacy needs to be unique depending on the needs. Tribals are mostly located in areas that lack basic facilities like transport communication etc.tribal languages are different from the local language used in the state. So any attempt to bring them to mainstream schooling shall turn counterproductive. In tribal areas we can send a team of volunteers trained in their CONTI
Making a skill or productive life style could bring more human resource from tribal area. To find out their resource and market those resource to modern world of industrialized nations required right directions.Education for only exam preparation could be useless. Read and write with certain language must teach them. Example to operate a machinery may required only his physical ability and understanding power for press. The type of persons must identify very clearly to promote his ability first.
Ask questions in exam for which they know the answers. Otherwise it is obvious they will drop out of school. Somebody asks me a question for which I don't answer, then as far as possible I generally tell I don't know. This method is easy to follow for all castes and tribes. This will bring more standardization in the education curriculum and help us learn better. Please schedule on internet through social media forums.
janjatiya vikas ke liye gambhir prayas ki jarurat hai yeh vikas jangal aur zamin se hi sambhav hai lagatar badte kal karkhane unke jangal aur zamin chin rahe haen unka rojgar jangal se hi chalta hai sarkar ko aisi yojna banani jisse unke jangal aur zamin surakshit rahe keval shiksha se vikas sambhav nahi hai
