i think for tarfic challans, challans should be eliminated and punishment should be like the person not wearing helmet, should provide a helmet on the spot with charges, person not having insurance then on the spot insurance should be done... etc. I have a very worst experience of challan..

यह एक अच्छी पहल है, पूरा देश इसका स्वागत कर रहा है, मैं इसके लिए सरकार को धन्यवाद देता हूँ. एक बात जो इसमें शामिल होनी चाहिए वो ये की सरकारी कर्मचारी, पुलिस, सरकारी विद्यालय के शिक्षक गण लोगो से बात करने का तरीका बदलें, मैंने देखा है नागरिक उनलोग की बात सुनकर ही अपने आप को छोटा महसूस करने लगते है, ऐसा नहीं होना चाहिए, इसपर ध्यान देने की जरूरत है, तभी एक स्मार्ट सिटी का सपना जो प्रधानमंत्री ने देखा है वो पूरा हो सकता है
