Make parking available by offering incentives to developers by giving them free FSI for parking and also by making multilayer underground parking lots under gardens or roads or even under railway platforms, wherever possible

No Smart City Without Footpaths. Pl make walkable, stumble-free and encroachment-free footpaths in every smart city for ordinary citizens, particularly for the elderly and children. There cannot be a smart city without footpaths.

And the huge under utilised land parcels near LTT and Bandra Terminus could be used to make such centers.
Ideally, Temples with huge reading spaces, places where volunteers could cook food / offer help and have AV sessions conducted by knowledgeable people.
I said Temples because - in our history, no other 'Classroom' has been as significant and as crucial for the betterment of it's brethren..

LTT - a gateway to Mumbai for most of the working class migrants who come from thousands of kilometers with a hope of living their dream that turns out to be more of a nightmare. These men travel under appalling conditions for 2 days to land in Mumbai - to face the fury and the unfairness of the society.
In my opinion, these people are the largest untapped mine of value that our country has. We need to have "Societal Assimilation" centers near such stations that will help them adapt to City
