With the GST coming into effect from 1st July, 2017, the biggest indirect tax reform of independent India, is going to transform the way indirect tax is administered in this ...
please conduct GST related programme in regional languages in televiosns atleast weekly once for a month so that people can easily understand and folllow and clarify doubts arising
Namaskar. The GST is a very good step taken by Govt. But I want to give few suggestions :-
28% Rate of GST should be applicable only for such items which are not on some such items which are essential one e.g. Wires, Cables, UPS, Taps, Sanitary Items, Beauty Parler services etc. Except Bigger UPS, all the items can be brought without bills. This high rates can be avoided by sellers & Buyers by without bills. In this situation Govt loses a lot as items are being sold without bills in cash.
NAMASTE I WISH TO BRING YOUR ATTENTION AND TAKE STEPS TO REACH ALL BENEFITS OF G.S.T.ACT TO ALL
PEOPLE IN INDIA AND TO CONSIDER AND IMPLEMENT AFTER CONSULT IN ALL STATE GST COUNCIL MEETINGS
INDIRECT TAX REVENUE SHOULD INCREASE IN ALL LEVELS AND MONITOR BY CONCERNED GST DEPARTMENTS
IN ALL STATES KINDLY GIVE CONCESSIONS AND REDUCE RATES SOME MAJOR USED CONSUMER PRODUCTS
BY LOWER MIDDLE CLASS PEOPLE IN ALL VILLAGES SMALL TOWNS MUNICIPALITIES CORPORATIONS FOR ALL
BENEFITS TO PEOPLE
It's great work by government. I appreciate nice work. Happy Independent Day .
Thanks.

NAMASTE I WISH AND SUGGEST YOU TO PUBLISH IN ALL NEWSPAPERS ALL LANGUAGES AND ALL TV MEDIAS
FOR G.S.T.NEW ACTS BENEFITS AND AWARENESS PROGRAMMES FROM ALL GOVT AIDED MIDDLE SCHOOLS
PRIVATE SCHOOLS COLLEGES ALL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUIONS SOCIAL CLUBS LIKE ROTARY CLUBS LIONS CLUBS WELFARE REGD ASSOCIATIONS SEMINARS LECTURES SPEECHES FROM TEACHERS EXPERTS LIKE CA AUDITORS COMMERCIAL TAX DEPARTMENTS GST COUNCILS HEADS FROM CENTRAL AND STATE GOVT OFFICIALS
TO MONITOR AND IMPLEMENT ALSO
May be this is good idea, But there is some mistakes in GST..firstly u need to do all payments online, When all the peoples accept digital India scheme. Then all the records are kept in account... And make sure every person having only 1 or 2 accounts. If the person take more then 40,000/- month Than GST should be applied.the person who got only7,000/-or more I.e.less than 20,000/- should not be included in GST. Because in India the richest/ poor person take benefits but middle cls people hurted
AFTER THE SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATION OF GST, KINDLY INTRODUCE DISCOUNTS FOR CARD PAYMENTS FOR ALL COMMODITIES AND ALL THE ITEMS. AND ALSO INCREASE THE PRICE OF ALL THE ITEMS, IF YOU PAYS IN CASH.
SIR, TO INCREASE THE DIGITAL TRANSACTIONS IN ALL DEALINGS,THERE SHOULD BE SOME REDUCTION IN PRICE OF THE ITEM IF YOU PAYS THROUGH DIGITAL PAYMENT'S.ALSO INCREASE THE PRICE IF YOU PAYS IN CASH.IT SHOULD BE SHOWN IN THE PRICE TAG OR MRP COLUMN OF THE ITEM, I FEEL CONSUMER WILL DEFINITELY USE OR PREFER THE CARD PAYMENTS.SO THAT ALL THE SALES PROCEEDS WILL BE IN WHITE OR LEGAL TRANSACTIONS, WHICH WILL INCREASE THE GOVT. INCOME.ALSO THE CONSUMER IS BENEFITTED BY WAY OF DISCOUNT IN MRP.
I live in a hostel (no mess service). The owner is asking for 200 RS. Extra (already paying 3400 for a two seater room) under GST.
Can anybody please tell me if it is right??
The Middlemen are spoilers in all sectors, including business. Measures should be taken to eliminate middlemen, since I opine they negatively impact GST and its advantages.
