sir ,
I feel 12% GST on sanitary napkins , is an action against BETI BACHAO , BETI PADHAO , female health care or I should say family health care . Health of women shall be strongly care as they care health of their family members.
I have no words to condemn this , I request the govt. to make it available to all mothers and sisters, at a very marginal cost.
thank you .

Sir i suggest the amendment notifications should be full replacement of existing notifications instead of just amending one word or sentence giving reference to other notifications. This will reduce confusions, litigation in interpretation and corruption. Please stop the system of giving reference to other notifications in the notifications.Let the notifications be straight and clear without any cross reference. It helps common men understand easily.
Dear Prime Minister,
Recently I visited the town of Ambaji in Gujarat and stayed at hotel Raj Mandir. Hotel refused to accept credit card payments and insisted that I pay cash and they refused to issue me a official receipt. They did not collect GST either. We had rented three rooms and paid around Rs 6000. Someone should investigate hotels in that area to make sure they provide official receipt and accept credit card payments and collect GST.
GST ON ALL ESSENTIAL COMMODITIES & AAM AADMI, MIDDLE INCOME GROUP PEOPLE USING ITEMS TO BE LOWERED WHEREAS GST ON LUXURY ITEMS, LIQUOR, TOBACCO, RADIAL TYRES, IMPORTED CARS, etc. USED BY RICH & SUPER RICH TO BE INCREASED. LUXURY WEDDINGS & FUNCTIONS ABOVE Rs.. CRORES TO BE TAXED SLAB-WISE (JUST LIKE INCOME-TAX SLAB RATES).
Many states, parties & people are assuming that GST has increased the prices of goods & services. Now, to defeat their ideas, FINANCE/COMMERCE MINISTRY CAN DRASTICALLY REDUCE THE PRICES OF GOODS & SERVICES USED BY AAM AADMIs & INCREASE THE TAXES ON TOBACCO, LIQUOR/ALCOHOL, LUXURY/SUPER LUXURY ITEMS in next Budget or by notification/s separately.
Respected, PM Modi ,I have a complaint regarding the misuse of GST.Some local businessmen/shopkeepers tell people that the prices of the goods have increased. Even though in reality the price is not increased. This way they are cheating common people. I would like to suggest you to make some provisions to stop this kind of cheating and also strict action must be taken on those shopkeepers who fools people by telling them the prices of goods have increased due to GST.
