With the GST coming into effect from 1st July, 2017, the biggest indirect tax reform of independent India, is going to transform the way indirect tax is administered in this ...
Do govt can take an action against the army retired person , weather they are taken liquor from army canteen and supply to common person . AS they are running their illegal business all over surroundings as near to common person
Dear PM Modi Ji and Finance Minister Mr. Arun jetali ji i request you to please think again 18% GST on Drip Irrigation. I think if 18% gst tax recover on drip then it's more decrease to farmer to accept the drip. so i request yo to please think again seriously of drip gst
I have applied for GSTN and have a ARN no allotted too but its been more than 10 days since I the update is only Pending for Order, I have to export my goods and I am not getting any answer as to when will I get my GST no and the helpline is also of no help as they are saying I will have to wait for the no as they are overloaded with work. I am also loosing on my drawback due to this.
Yeah I am feeling very to gate one nation one tax....and ready to pay taxes under GST.
It is a great deal in transforming india.
I have done enrollment process with provisional ID provided by VAT Department. My final registration of GST is pending due to problems of validation errors on website of GSTIN. So, how can I apply online for composition before 22 nd July wich is specific date. How can GST Council impose burden on taxpayers when their website don't working properly?
Sir, this is great initiative. Now the need is to develop a system that GST charged by a businessmen goes to Govt. accounts instantly at the stage of invoice generation and payment made by the customer. Collection of GST is more important. There should be a device for billing connected with the traders bank account and Govt. treasury account so that the payment made by the customer goes directly to the Govt and traders account simultaneously.
GST IS GOOD BUT NEED SOME CHANGES
1. TAX RETURN SHOULD BE AFTER 3 MONTH( AS WE R GIVING IN VAT)
2. SHOE UP TO 1000 SHOULD BE IN 5 PERCENT( BECAUSE 500-1000 BELONGS TO MIDDEL CLASS)
3 SMALL LABOUR WHICH R DOING WORK IN THEIR HOME HAVING UNDER 20 LACS SHOULD GET INPUTCREDIT BY FINDING A WAY
4. A COPY OF GUDGET( WHICH CONTAINS ALL ITEM TAX SLABS ) SHOULD BE PROVIDED
I would like to share my view abt GST , it's a good moment from the government , but we need to make the common people understand what is GST how is it going to Benifit them, how GST Is going to affect the day today life . Making awareness about GST on the common people is important , government need to conduct awareness
Respected Sir,
Attached is an appeal and representation from IFA fraternity on GST Applicability and Impact on this business. Also the AMCs are getting benefit out of this situation by compelling IFAs to pay GST out of our pocket and take the benefit of the same by off setting their liability, which is clearly a case of profiteering. Pls look into this.
Regards
Kamal Bhatia
Well digitalizing India ,well plan for revenue system .
On the behalf of GST .
It is very clear to every Indian that one nation ,one tax . I am also appreciated with GST .
But it is bigger question that every where govt looks how was the tax was collected? I share one think that recently I have ordered a t-shirts on online shopping Jabong and they are collected estimate tax as a 1) state tax
2) central tax
.so how was you i.e Govt. Called GST is an one nation, one tax.
