I am having business of optical retail business having turnover less than 20L. I purchase stock from inter state. Is it required to register for GST.? If yes, do I need to file the returns every month?

I have one doubt-
I am a GST registered service provider from Maharashtra. I provide services to my clients across India. When I provide services to outside state (i.e other than Maharashtra), I will charge GST @ 18% on my invoice under IGST - as the service is provided out of state. My question is whether my client (which is a bank which has jurisdiction of only that state) in other state can claim full credit of IGST charged by me? Can the bank claim credit under CGST and SGST? Please clarify

Dear Sir kindly make some clarification for job work of textile industry.
Its a good and bold reform to the economy of India. GST will also demoralise the tax thieves, because both, the buyer and the purchaser/reseller cannot be corrupt. The requirement of registration of both will make both liable for tax and it will force the initial seller to get registered, thus making liable for paying tax.
