Renewable energy sources like solar panel power generation equipment and electric passenger vehicles/cars should be taxed less. Also, petroleum products could be gradually brought under the GST.
Respected Modi Sarkar,
Why not certify/distribute "Billing cum Swiping machine" by which the consumer paid tax will be directly accounted in Govt's account. This will further satisfy the consumers tax payments and eliminate organizational or CA level manipulations over the collected tax.
And also let the consumers insist on the Govt certified bill for the same.
Thanks and regards,
Chitta Kedar.
we are distributors for polymers .can we get factory to invoice on my company and deliver to our customers. bill to and consignee. to save transport and loading.
Sir, I heartily welcome the act. This will clean up the whole world of business. Bringing transparency and accountability to all.Ionly disagree with the tax on services of credit cards. Whatever is purchased by card is taxed. Why tax the individual again? This amounts to taxing the individual for using his card. He can avoid it by using cash. It defeats the very idea of making India a cashless society.
Well Come GST
Very useful for genuine business. Sales tax officers on the road must be genuine. Has to watch them also. If it fails, without bill system grow up.
Mostly all private educational institutions are selling bag, shoes, note books, cloths, lunch box, pencil box, etc. to students spoiling local business. Should they enroll in gst system?

Respected Sir, I am a small manufacturer of Cast Iron WEIGHTS ranging from 50 gram to 50 kilogram. My products are used on Weighing Machines(other than electric or electronic weighing machines). Without using Weights Weighing Machines(other than electric or electronic weighing machines) can not work. Weights have no other use.
The nomenclature of our product is "Weighing Machine Weights of all kinds" HSN code is 84239010. What is the rate of GST on our product WEIGHTS.
Can you explain the TDS system under GST with an example, explaining how the supplier will pay his full tax liability?
