Namaste Sir, Due to increase of non schooling after class X, provided by many schools; many students are unable to reach their meet (EQ,SQ) after having high IQ. I have an idea which may be helpful to reduce non schooling. The idea is ' connect or get register ABC Id or aadhar I'd with school, institution or coaching centre. If students are ready to go for non schooling then it should be mentioned in their certificate.

Request to consider the loss due to inflation on longterm savings , short term savings and capital gains while calculating tax. As purchasing capacity of money is getting reduced due to inflation. Some one is having Rs.10000/- with him in beginning of 2019. He can buy X item with Rs. 10000/- in beginning of 2019. There was inflation rete of 3.73 in 2019. So If he has to buy the same item in the beginning of 2020 he has to pay Rs 10373/- . During 2019 he put Rs 10000/- in bank fixed deposit at 5.25% interest rate. So gets Rs10525/- after one year. When he purchases in the beginning of 2020 the item from the amount he received from fixed deposit amount , he gets the Item and have balance Rs 152/-. So his actual gain is only Rs. 152/- not Rs 525/-. Currently income tax of Rs. 157.25 is being deducted from Rs 525/- at 30% rate instead of Rs 45.60 . I request Prime minister sir to consideration inflation while deducting tax on bank interest and capital gains.

A simple portal is required for registering complaint on corrupt practices. Today for all government work there are agents available who get work done. The agent then settles the money with concerned. Many times without the help of agents work cannot be completed as the citizen will be otherwise made to visit multiple times for work get done at government offices. Therefore a corruption complaint portal to be introduced at country level where in the basic details will be captured where it involves money transfer. Once same type of complaint gets registered multiple times with same references and purposes then the case to be handed over to investigating agencies. The exclusive online portal facility should be advertised on televisions for common citizen to get awareness and usage. The complainant name should be kept confidential at all times.

Traffic signals are critical for regulating traffic. India being huge country the two and four wheelers have increased by leaps and bounds. Today the traffic signals are only at main roads and junctions across the country in all cities and towns. This is only selective and at macro level. But to regulate the flow of vehicles in a systematic manner and also to ensure pedestrians have safe passage , the traffic signals are to be introduced at micro level in every street in all localities across the country. This will ensure traffic is regulated right from our homes and also ensure all vehicles do not choke up at the major signals. This will ensure batch by batch release of vehicles and also accidents can be very much prevented.Fuel savings can also be achieved through normal flow of vehicles.

Make mandatory in all private and govt sector buildings that water harvesting is compulsory and make sure that periodical check the subsequent maintenance of the same. It is need of an hour for our nation.
