Can a person not registered under GST sell goods at MRP. MRP is inclusive of GST. When a person, not registered under GST, is selling goods at MRP, he is charging GST from buyer, but same is not deposited with Government, which is unjust enrichment on the part of seller.

Please make a new financial city/hub in every state of India. This will drive investments, create many more jobs and reduce poverty and make population (including poor people struggling to make ends meet) of cities like Delhi and Mumbai more manageable. Please do not spend billions on buildings like Dubai leading to a large amount of debt, rather create effective laws to drive investment and create infrastructure. Look at expanding existing cities with spaces as needed.

I truly believe that almost half of the criminal minded in the society operates freely because they have a "rasookhdaar" in their family, if there's a vidhayak in one's family then the whole family becomes vidhayak, this creat a really wide gap between aam and khaas people , although the higher ups in the government are relly working great but the lower officials just ruins all the good work that has been done , I belong to gwalior madhya pradesh, it's my personal experience a person who lives in front of my house he's a "typist" in city collectorate, but they way he behaves in the society is like he's the CM of the state , neither he pays any electricity bill nor any water bill , whenever anyone comes for light checking or bill he just makes a phone call to collectrate and everything gets done within minutes. I want the government to look at such matters the way they go on booth level during elections. If people like these are kept on leash the society will be a better place.
