कुछ दिनों पहले में Haj के लिए मक्का गया हुआ था, वहा हरम शरीफ के एरिया में,यानी Kaba के एरिया में डिस्प्ले Tv पर यह लिखा देखा तो फोटो खींच ली "Begging is Serious Risk Of Nation Security" यह बात मुझे इसीलिए पसंद आई क्योंकि वहा एक भिकारी तक नजर नहीं आता, लेकिन मुझे यह बात आज समझ आई India में,जब अजमेर के रेलवे स्टेशन पर एक शक्स लेडीज के साथ आया और कहा की मेरी जेब कट गई,टिकट करवाने है दो,कुछ पैसे की मदत, मेने भरोसा करके टिकट खुद निकाल कर दी,बाद में एक भिकारी ने कहा की वोह एक फ्रॉड है (भरोसा करके) यह बात इसीलिए सही लगी,क्योंकि जिसने भी इनपर तरस खाया वो आगे जाके किसी और पर भरोसा नहीं कर पाएगा

सरकार के द्वारा अनेकों पॉलिसी की घोषणा करी जाती हैं परंतु जिस वर्ग हेतु करी जाती है उन्हे योजनाओं के बारे में जानकारी ही नहीं होती जिससे वो इसका लाभ गृहण नहीं कर पाते और और अक्सर ये देखा जाता है की इस वजह से सरकार की नीतियों पर सवाल उठाए जाते है और आलोचना करी जाती हैं तो मेरा माननीय प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी को ये सुझाव है की जब भी किसी योजना की घोषणा करी जाए तो वह यह सुनिश्चित करे कि समाज के प्रत्येक वर्ग को योजना के बारे में जानकारी हों यह सुनिश्चित करने का काम विधि के विद्यार्थियों को दिया जा सकता है एक इंटर्नशिप की तरह वह अपने इस कार्य को पूरा करे और ऐसा करने पर उन्हें एक सर्टिफिकेट भी दिया जाए जिससे और भी विद्यार्थी प्रेरित होंगे।
