All these visionary projects that can bring many miraculous changes in our country. There is concern about how far these schemes are reaching all our citizens. If all these projects can be brought to all the people in a proper manner, it will lead to a great revolution. It is very important to clearly explain the benefits of each project and what needs to be done for it. Let's consider the case of Kerala, these schemes are not reaching properly to the people. Even today, Kerala is seen as a state that stands apart from many schemes of the central government. I would like to share some solutions to these issues. 2/2 The current ayushman scheme has provision for operation which is required in later stages but it doesn’t have provision to stop it at earlier stages . As a Vitreo Retinal Surgeon I would like to bring the kind attention of authorities to consider putting ANTIVGEF INTRAVITREAL INJECTION in AMB scheme. Beside diabetic retinopathy the ANTIVEGF INTRAVITREAL INJECTION would be helpful in various other eye disease like CNVM, IPCV, Chronic CSR . Point to note here is that these injections are costly but if proper guidelines and methods are worked out it can be made very affordable to the general public . If authorities can work out on this it would be really nice or else given a chance i would to present my viewpoint and help in policy making regarding these injections. I would really appreciate an acknowledgement from the authorities on this matter.

Recently under your guidance "har Ghar tiringa has been launched " very well appreciated , on the same lines i would like to suggest that for 2nd october can you again give a national call for " har ghar safai/ broom " or something , since i strongly feel india would be clean only when people have once in there lifetime swept roads or streets themselves . We must feel it once only then there would be change . if one shopkeeper had cleaned the road he wouldn't allow other to throw things on roads , pavements.
