Poor science and maths education (and English) accounts for 80 per cent of total students who fail in Tenth Board Examination. The low enrolment in science stream at higher secondary level and poor-quality education is a constraint in development of scientific manpower in the country. Science and Maths education would need special attention. We need to deliberate and find workable strategies for strengthening the quality of teaching–learning processes for better outcomes; innovations and diversity of approaches in matters of curricula, pedagogies and use of technology to improve the learning levels.

ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಗಣಿತವನ್ನು ಸರಳಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು. ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶವಿರಬೇಕು. ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ವಿಷಯದ ಜ್ಞಾನ ನೀಡಬೇಕು. ನುರಿತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸಬೇಕು.

The PRINCIPAL GOVT> JUNIOR COLLEGE KALHER, Dist.MEDAK taken a Openian that at Secondary and Sr.Secondry level.Sciece is taught without cought,as No LABs,if there it is in ALMARAH.or in Dark Room with Rusted Lock.Without Practical Concept could not be Developed.Mostly Science taught by unskilled/trained Teacher,who could not satisfy student.Pedagogical approach is must.ICT based teaching should Introduce to faster teaching and Learning Process in Science & Maths subj.Aptitude test be Must.
