The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

मैं सरकार से आग्रह करुंगा कि साल में कम से कम दो बार लोकअदालतों के माध्यम से मुकदमों का निपटारा किया जाए। जजों की संख्या बढाई जाए और मेडिकल कॉलेजों की मान्यता संबंधी नियमों में ढील दी जाए ताकि ज्यादा से ज्यादा मेडिकल कॉलेज स्थापित हो सकें। मेडिकल कॉलेजों को एक साजिश के तहत नहीं स्थापित होने दिया जा रहा है। हमारे देश में डॉक्टरों की कमी है। अगर हम डॉक्टर मुहैया करा सकें तो बड़ी बात होगी।

Good Evening sir..... I want to share some views about the "Digitization In Social Security" I want to say that all Police Stations should be interconnected online. In every Police Station all Senior official have there USER ID and Password Just like in banks. Where they update criminal records. Also they can fetch Details of criminal who belong to other place

income tax PAN no. and adhar card no be linked for all activity financial & non financial. every persons activity be monitored by either of these 2 numbers. this will help to identify the activity of every person. every person has to quote for his all activities by providing either of these nos or both. this will help for security and financial transactions. every service/goods provider should not do any transactions with an individual without providing the nos

I will like to draw attention to strengthen our govt's post service. Recently, DTDC courier stole one of my books and did not deliver it to told destination. They neither replied my mail and phones. I have no option but to go to consumer court; but where is the time? I urge govt to strengthen our postal service and make reform in that.

For promoting industry and transportation in Bihar, there must be one more airport in north Bihar. I just read somewhere that govt is planning to operationalise Raxaul airport but major part of north and north-east Bihar will not benefit from it. There is a largest un-used airport in Darbhanga(currently under air-force) and one is at Purnea. Govt can consider operating Darbhanga airport as it is a mojor town with 2- university & recently announced software park. It is 150 KM from state capital.

For promoting tourism in the country, all train should have audio-announcement of major tourist destination along the route. Suppose i go to Patna from Delhi and there is Aligargarh, Kanpur, Allahabad and Banaras on the way. Railway should create one or two minutes audio advertisement for the announcement and telecast it in the train. It will help boost tourism in a great way. It will not cost much. It can be done in the budget of 50 cr at most.

sir this suggestion is lower tax avoidence.IT WILLBE BETTER IF THE RATE OF TAXES ARE LOWERED FOR A HIGHER INCOME GROUPS WITH A CEILING OF CERTAIN UPPER LIMITS. POEPLE WILL TO ACHEIVE THE IMMEDIATE HIGHER SLAB OF LOW TAX RATE AND WILL REVEAL MORE INCOMES. BUT INSTEAD NOW RATE OF TAX ARE HIGH AS WE MOVE TOWARDS HIGHER INCOMES. ALSO IF TOTAL INCOME TAX IS PUT ON HOLD FOR 2 YEARS ALL THE BLACK MONEY IN INDIA COME OUT AND THEN WE CAN EVOLVE GOOD SYSTEM.

मा.मोदीजी, कृपया आपसे निवेदन है कि , आकाश टॅब , कंपनी लोगोंको ठग रही है ! जो 2-4 दिन भी नही काम करते है । कंप्लेट किया तो टॅब वापस मंगवाते है । और वापस भेजनेका नाम नही लेते । मेरा खुदका टॅब मैनै रू.5300 देके COD कूरियर से लिया था ( 19 /5/2014 ) वापस भेजा (10/6/2014) आज (24/11/2014) तक वापस नही दिया, ऐसे बहुत सारे लोगोंके साथ कंपनी खिलवाड कर रही है । ये कैसा मजाक कर रहे है ये पैसेवाले लोग । कृपया न्याय दिजीए। आपका कृपाभिलाषी नागरीक, दत्ता शिंदे, शिरूर, जि.पुणे (म.रा) फोन-9096182540 / 92

Govt. have to fix income criteria for marriage of muslim community, because after marriage so many children no income source than these children generate all problem, like poverty, theft etc....
