The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

in pollution check they do not actually check but take charge of it and issue certificate they are earning more n more but the purpose of pollution free india remains same and corruption is spreading all over .make it some strict apply so vehicle must be checked proper and charged fine also

Respected Prime Minister, ==healthy india== i think that private doctor should not write the brand name of any particular medicine he write the any other format like chemical formula, remedies etc. price difference between should not more than 10 to 20% . price should be decided by the total cost of medicine plus profit (10% to 20%) charges of private hospital should not more the 50% of government hospital charge. all medicine should by distributed by the all govt institution.

This is a very good initiative. It will give opportunity to Indian IT professionals all over the world who want to contribute to the nation building. Even bright students may contribute to it. For this, an open forum may be created on the Internet where a particular open source software may be developed /improved. There should be a moderator group to oversee the development.

Dear Prime Minister Sir, Why are we not calculating Black money?? It is possible. yes there is problem in taking back money from overseas, due to treaty, But we can unearth domestic black money, Why are we giving unnecessary space to opposition on this issue, Please take bold step to define black money, as I have raised this issue in my initial post, there are lot of black money in our country itself, It we go to define and calculate it, A very big ans to be given to opp. as well as to country.

thanks i appreciate this act of interacting people . first let i make you known of the fact that in tehseel office of a district people go to make the certificate like INCOME ,MOOL NIWAAS ,JAATI are not worthyness make this process more effective through transparency bcoz people got these by giving bribes to concerned officer through agents and believe me those agents and officers are much more richer than that of an industrialist .also i request to correct pollution check for vehicles.

सर, स्कूलों के लिए एक ही बोर्ड होना चाइये. सरकारी स्कूल की हालत ख़राब होती जा रही है प्राइवेट अच्छे हो रहे है / एक जैसे पढ़ाई होगी तो एक जैसा लेवल होगा, सुब एक जैसे होंगे कोई काम नहीं कोई ज्यादा नहीं.

There can be a national level platform launched for open source application development where young students and interested users could join forums, discussing and updating each other on the latest technology and later they could use the available open source to improve the efficiency of the apps and make updates. The updated source codes could again be uploaded to the public platform for the users. This way there could be continues improvements and sharing of knowledge faster and better.

सर अच्छे काम के लिए सरकारी ऑफिस का टाइम भी 10 :00AM to 6 :00PM होना चाइये / लेट आते है जल्दी चले जाते है 10 :30 से 5 :30 मई काम पूरा नहीं हो पता. ४ के बाद ही गायब हो जाते है काम से काम 8 घंटे तो काम होना चाइये.

FIRST STEP CAN BE THERE SHOULD BE MANDATORY FOR ISSUANCE OF DEATH CERTIFICATE AFTER THE REMOVAL / DELETION OF NAME OF DECEASED PERSON FROM VOTER LIST OF THAT AREA IT MAY STOP FAKE VOTING AND HELP KEEP RECORD
