The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

देस तरक्की कर रहा है,घर मे गाढ़ी हो सबकी इच्छा है,नव युवक को ड्राइविंग का बहुत शौक है,लेकिन लाइसेन्स लेना बहुत भ्रष्टाचार करना,कदम ,कदम पर अपमान सहना,तब जाके लाइसेन्स मिलता है,नेता वि. आइ ,पी होते है,उन्हे सब चीज़े घर बैठे मिलती है,इसलिए आम जनता के दर्द और अपमान का अहसास उन्हे नही होता,इसलिए दसवी क्लास के बाद ड्राइविंग अनिवार्य कर दी जाए,स्कूल मे ही ट्रैनिंग मिल जाने पर ,बच्चो को ये अपमान और पीढ़ा से मुक्ति मिल जाएगी,ड्राइविंग आजकल रोज़गार का भी एक बहुत अच्छा विकल्प है,इससे बेरोज़गारी भी दूर होग

यमुना नदी का 90 प्रतिशत जल समुद्र मे जा कर बर्बाद हो रहा है,यमुना नदी पर पल्ला से लेकर वजीराबाद तक 10 मील लंबी और 4 मील लंबी झील बना कर,3 साल तक के पानी का भंडार बनाकर,देल्ही सरकार समस्या का हमेशा के लिए अंत कर सकती है देल्ही को शानदार झील मिलने से,देल्ही का सोन्दर्य चार गुणा बढ़ जाएगा,पर्यटन को बढ़ावा मिलेगा,देल्ही का तापमान भी 4 डिग्री कम रहेगा,चंडीगड़ मे भी झील की वजह से पानी की समस्या नही होती,

Application development by opening the souce code of Application is the great work.We can have the rolling update or rolling release model for the development.Like the linux development we develop and store it in repository.Others can access it to check.Then when everything is fine we can have alpha,beta testing and final release.We can have our own community to develop the apps for our country to help people.Thank you

Honorable PM several times says our Government officers are coming right time in offices. But Railway Department Nagpur (Central Rly) officers still not following. Although BAROMETRIC attendance machines are installed in DRM office & also in Railway Hospital for group "C" & "D" employee but group "A" & "B" OFFICERS are NOT attending offices on right time. Why these OFFICER enjoying special favor by exempting themself frm BIOMETRIC attendance machin.Partial implementation is also system FAILURE

We follow "the WESTERN CULTURE" everywhere from our lifestyle, our wardrobe, our food habits, our healthcare because we believe they are superior. we don't want anything born in india. Why can't we follow their policies towards social welfare, their patriotism and care towards their own nation ??

Sir, the people responsible for the forfeiting the wrongdoers themselves are corrupted. Please check on the policemen and servicemen. If they are being lazy and obstinate in changing his attitude towards the nation, we can't expect any development.

SIr, I congratulate for your vision are being tried for execution. I appreciate your zeal and courage towards the development of the nation. It equally hurts me to say that your ideas and rules are not being implemented at the grass root level. I see people passing urine and disposing trash from their homes beside the railway track. Take effective measures to penalise them.

Sir, you are 100% clean, but the officers in several govt,also private entity, they are 90% corrupted.They are harassing people.Please take a strong step against them.You need to open a Public Intelligence Cell to collect this information and should strong step against them.

Sir,my mother has no aadhar card, also we have no aadhar card.My mom went to S.B.I bank,Kalyani (Branch code-1082,IFSC code-SBIN0001082) to submit Form-3-mandate for non aadhar based LPG subsidy link to bank a/c.But the B.M refuse to accept the form.He told her that they have no notice about it.As a good citizen & also want to clean & corrupt free India i am telling this to you.This is harassment to a Indian citizen.Please Help.With respect..
