The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Namaste modi ji Bharat mein rape ki counting barti jaa rhi hai ab woh yahain tak pahunch chuki hai ki har ghante 2 girls ke sath rape ya gang rape hoth hai aur cort min bi gande swal kye jte ha. abhi tak sirf 2% logo ko hi saja mili hai.aur toh aur ministers ke bacho ko toh woh bhi nhi milti hai.Rapists ko lal kile pe nanga krke ag laga deni chahia . plz kuch kariye bharat mein mata puji jati hai aur usi bharat maa ki beti ke sath rape kiya jata hai plz rapists ke liye sakht rule banaiye..

Sir, We can produce electricty from road speed breakers. The speed breakers could be designed in such a way that they are spring loaded. Once vehicle goes over it it compresses a threaded lever which connected to a dynomo which will produce d c current which will be used for charging batteries as it is done in inverters. The inverter can be connected to road lights as well as areas adjoining highways.More the spead breakers more will be electicity. Many dynomos can be put under a speedbreaker.

१. इससे बँक में पैसा भरो | २. शॉप ऍक्ट की चार पर्ची भरो | शहरी अधिकारी की तारीख देखकर कार्यालयमें जाने की कठणाई बचती है |

यदि हम क्लीन भारत का सपना साकार करना चाहते है तो हमे जो गंदगी फैलाते है उनका फोटो देश के अखबार टीवी रेडियो आदि मे छपवाना चाहिये ताकि वह शर्म के मारे दुबारा कूडा ना करे वो जहा भी जाये वहा अपना कृत्य देखे

Today I saw news about BSF to be using laser fences at the India and Pakistan border. I m really happy to see the initiative. Since my college times I have researched and working over this kind of project for the border security and have very good ideas that could be added to enhance the same. A totally automatic and effective border security system. This will help to locate exactly infiltration attempt area and will also our security services have to only monitor it from a single control room.
