Government does it work at its level ,at a more or less extent but active participation of citizens is must and I believe any problem it may be can only be resolved by educating masses, you see the people who rape are mostly uneducated, empty mind is the workshop of devil.educating masses completely can resolve many problems ,population increase is another one which can be beaten out by educating masses and their role in nation development and thus self development as well
control of govt is required on allopathy drugs manufacturer, strict regulation on ingredient in drugs, pricing, govt need to give sale support to cheap drugs manufacturer(provided correct ingredient)most of game played by mult- national company to destroy small network,
for prevention & cure we need publicly issue guideline in all media( gain media participation free of cost}, health department must organize open debate of all method Ayurveda, homeopathy, home remedy, for effective treatment, list out in public most effective preventive methods or simple homemade remedies, instead of to much importance to allopathy drugs which generate other diseases in human health, since most of practitioner play game with human health for greed of money.such awareness with methods
The Swachh Bharat Mission has a great impinge on Prevention and control of vector borne diseases and will go a long way for integrating a category of society into mainstream. Other benefits of revolutionary move are reduction in the expenditure of prevention and cure of diseases, generation of employment in highly unorganized sanitary industry, tourism sector, etc. It will provide new impetus to Indian economy and respect in the eyes of foreign visitors.
1-Large no. of posters should be put on walls (specially in Hospitals, as people care much when they fall in pain)
2-Encourage commercial cable/TV/radio channels to give health & cleanliness awareness programs & advertisements. Giving prize & few tax relaxation offers to channels for best work will automatically encourage them.
3- Ask govt. & private schools to show videos related with health & cleanliness.
4- Show the worst case effects of spreading pollution/using bad habits.

The municipal corporations and PWD departments of every state to do a survey and locate the most critical areas which are largely responsible for an outbreak of diseases and bring in to the notice of concerned authorities for immediate action. The habitat in and around that area to be made alert and given tips for prevention. As there are many slums; radio will be an effective means of communication.
