I see many people are not interested in paying taxes, because people lost hope in government spendings of their money, where they are going and what they are developing. So, I sincerely suggest that Govt. Should bring a policy such that people's tax money must be shown where they are spent and it should also empower local bodies such that .... The money will be spent in their areas to develop further. Thus,t the people will ensure that all their neighbours are paying taxes. Imagine its impact

The second is the availability of water. We have three Mega Metro cities on the sea shore. The people of these cities can afford to have desalinated sea water even though it is a bit more expensive. The other towns and villages on the sea shore must have solar energy based desalination plants . Waste water treatment and recycling of filtered drain water for toilet flushing must be made compulsory.Hill top rain water harvesting must be adopted. Use of gravity for irrigation can save energy.

We should construct Ultra Mega Power plants in Myanmar and Malaysia using our proven capability in building and operating Coal based Thermal power plants. we can import coal from Australia to fuel the power plants at Malaysia and Myanmar.

It is not just enough to raise our generation alone. We must also increase the east-west spread of our power grid across a number of time zones.Mr Modi must inititate immediate action to establish the SAARC grid or the south Asian l=electric grid. Only then the daily load variation and consequent stress on the grid can be minimized. The grid must extend from Malaysia in the east to western Iraq and Western Afghanisthan.

I was present at the Allphonse Arena yesterday and heard the PM. he spoke well and won the hearts of all the people. he is not only a good speaker but also a good administrator. He does what he says. he is bound to make India a global manufacturing hub. To achieve this goal two important things need to be done urgently. one is the availability of electricity. For this we must build at least another 75000 MW of generating capacity. Only a utility such as NTPC can do that.

Read this very disturbing article - http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/india/India-is-now-the-worlds-slave-capital-Global-Slavery-Index-2014/articleshow/45178623.cms Plus, in a rich country with all natural resources, it is sad that people need to beg. We should meet with beggars, counsel them, provide them basic jobs, and also address human trafficking issues.
