Bullet and Metro Trains are major investments. In all the purchase contracts that are established, 100% indiginisation of all components within 5 years of implementation must be agreed upon. Multinationals such as Siemens, GEC Alsthom are already present. However if 100% Indian firms could be set up to indiginise the spares/components, the running costs could be kept low to make travel affordable for the masses. This should kickstart/make way for our own R&D for futuristic models of trains.

Sir, In order to avoid pollution and to save nature and health of people every person beside his/her own two or four wheeler should be encouraged to have a bicycle also and it should be utilized during the time of excercise and to travel for small distances. This habit will help controlling pollution, keeping body active, money saving, overcoming traffic problems besides helping in promoting the industries of bicycle manufacturers. It can be start as a compaign just like Swatcch Bharath compai.

about digital India, it is necessary latest infrastructure is provided through out the country. BSNL has a capacity to provide that through its network, but alas, its employees are highly lethargic, and do not have any interest in working hard. Its technology up-gradation is almost zero. Please concentrate in improving the technological support through BSNL aOthers in private sectors can provide it but it will involve unnecessary duplication of capital investment

Regarding your appeal about deaddictions, I feel while it is good to bring back such people through deaddiction centres it is important to nurture our children, at every home by the parents by adhering to good values and principles because many patients from deaddiction centres are about 45- 50 yrs of age, and they have lost half of their life. Every one at home should give utmost care to the see that the children do not get trapped in bad habits, does not matter if they do not get good marks
