प्राथमिक शिक्षण हे मातृभाषेतून असावे,तसेच जी भाषा विद्यार्थी बोलू शकतो ती भाषा अवगत असलेल्या शिक्षकांची नेमणूक करावी.

भाषा शिक्षणातुन विविध प्रांतांतील भाषा,संस्कृती यांचे विविधता समजावुन देवुन सर्वधर्म समभाव,मानवता,राष्टीय एेक्य ही मुल्ये जोपासता येईल.

students from various communities are learning together.some have their own language.it is possible to arrange a special language hour.all students in that class can learn other languages.e.g.telagu,urdu,marwari,lamani..etc.

Inter state cultural activities should be organized every year so that they can share and introduce their culture before other state. In this way we can over come the dispute on basis of language.

ग्रामीण भाषा आणि सांकुतिक जीवन निगडीत आहे. अभ्यासक्रमात मातुभाषाला प्राधान्य देणे गरजेचे आहे .शहरी भाषेस प्राधान्य दिल्यास ग्रामीण मुलामध्ये कमीपणाची भावना तयार होते .ते अभ्यासात मागे पडतात .
