Language other than English/Hindi should be made compulsory for students. It will not only bring students/people closer to each other it will also help in personality development.

The best way to learn language is through music. Human memory can remember music easily. Languages can be taught not only through poems but through actual songs sung in chorus. There are teachers available to teach music to teachers. Content development in different Indian languages and translation from one language to another with help of computers can bridge the cultural gap and also gap between rural and urban India.

उच्तर शिक्षा संस्थाओं में शिक्षा;भाष एवं संस्कृति के मध्य अन्तर सम्बन्धसम्बन्ध को लाने के लिये मातृभाषा एवं अपने देश की भाषाओं का व्यवहार एवं संस्थाओं में प्रभाव विदेशी भाषा अँग्रेजी से बढाने वाली नीति बनाकर तो देखो
