How can inter-linkages between education, culture and language be brought about in HE institutions. Some concrete suggestions on how this can be effectively implemented need to be ...
Visting and learning new area must be promoted in our educational policy
If possible ask youth to go visit through out the country and learn more about their own country, learning other languages, Come to understand where what what sort of developments, issues have come and why.
Language text books should contain indigenous culture... local community history, arts, occupation, culture... for example - the local communities marriage system, their religious belief, their contribution to the nation, their occupation etc... this will put a clear understanding of the society in child that will lead to cultural integration & also harmony.

I want to add a point regarding the communication skills which is important part, which is been judged by each and every company. So primary and secondary school must add a course of soft skills and which should be made compulsory, so that students from an age of 10 start speaking confidently and a good personality comes out.
