शाळेत मातृभाषेस प्राधान्य असावे.मातृभाषेनंतर हिंदी व इंग्रजी भाषांचा विचार व्हावा .उचा स्पर्धात्मक जगात वावरताना इंग्रजी भाषेस प्राधान्य असावे.

एकापेक्षा अधिक भाषांचे अध्ययण शाळेत व्हावे . त्यात मराठी, हिंदी व इंग्रजी या भाषांचा समावेश असावा या व्यतीरीक्त भाषांचा समावेश नसावा.

primary education must be given in mother toungue in rural areas. and english hindi language should be taught from primary
