Everyone should speak in their own language but at the same time try to learn other language, so that there is better communication between students from different communities, caste, region, state & nationality. The more time students spend with students from different languages, they will find out the way to communicate through sign language, common or simple words in more widely spoken languages like Hindi in India. In all educational Institution, 4 Language system should be encouraged.

More inclusive education with accelerating rural literacy could be achieved when we focus on providing literacy skills which can help rural people to face day-to-day situations in a better way. Since everybody has to deal in numbers & words on a daily basis, the focus should be educating rural people in numeracy & vocabulary for daily use. All this should primarily in their native language. On an average student spend more than 30 weeks every year in an Educational Institution.Schooling is for 12 years. Therefore ,students get to spend 300-360 weeks in schools. Every week in school should be dedicated to 1 language/Culture where students should present cultural program informing others about that language/culture.During the week, diff. competitions should be organised keeping that language/culture theme in mind. Movie Screening in that language will help in better understanding.
