11th and 12 are university foundation course so called as higher secondary. So no foundation cources allowe. Empliment higher secondary as foundation of univetsity And must have minor projects in 11th and major project in 12th.In University mentor or guide must be alloted in frist year and at the end stdent must submit project proposal to university. Now statistical methods can process text too so there must be plagarism check. so practice plagiarism punish whole performace cancel.

nacc must be shut down becouse it asses wrong variable Because if nacc asses corectly then why we dont have increase in quality of education. Marks and presentage are not correct variables and create statistcal falacies. Nacc never asses examination methods. Nacc never asses payment, salary sheets becouse underpaid faculty must have less knowlege and skill. These acradations bluffs students. ugc is responsible for education and not for passing results universities and colleges too. .

Teachers, lecturer, reader and professors' responsibilities and definations must be clearly defined becouse these are pillars for education. Teachers are to teach but other three are to just guide and research. In university guide and research are main task. Teaching is not expected because after 12 years teaching student must have self learning skills. Because after education he must search solutions himself and no one teach him.

Special universities is paradox to title UNIVERSITY. All faculties togather is university. Single subject university is no more university rather it will just adminitrative establishment. All special university status must be desolved and other faculty cources must be started to convert traditional university. All educations , including medical education, must be under ugc. technical boards must have quality assessments or shot down cource if university dont follow technical regulations.

Promotion of Languages is essential in the sense, that if we want to make one India, people of south may be able to speak language of the north and vice versa. People the east may be able to speak the language of the west, and vice versa. The Central India should be made the home of all languages, so that people form all corners of the country can come and learn various languages at one place.

AVENUES FOR LEARNING MULTIPLE LANGUAGE SHOULD BE INSURED SO THAT A CHILD AT THE TIME OF PASSING 12 CLASS SHOULD KNOW ATLEAST TWO LANGUAGE HINDI & ENGLISH OR REGIONAL LANGUAGE & ENGLISH WHILE AFTER GRADUATION HE MUST KNOW A FOREIGN LANGUAGE BESIDE OTHERS LEARN EARLIER AND ONE REGINAL LANGUAGE IF NOT LEARN EARLIER , FOR THIS LEARNING SHOULD ENCOURAGED AS REGULAR PHENOMENON , WELL VERSED TEACHER MUST BE GIVEN JOB IF NOT PERMANENT THAN CONTRAUCTUAL , PRIVATE MUST BE ASKED TO COME FORWARD IN THIS WOR

There should be no theory exam for computers. It should be made more creative by teaching them on projects. Students should be learnt how to use their own ideas in making things. In this way this subject would become more interesting and easy to learn. It will help in promotion of skill education.
