In line with the vision of Digital India, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (GoI) has envisaged the Pilot of Digital Village with a view to showcase the ...
Hon. PM vision and concept of quick development, one of the part is Implementation of GST, Hon. FM has made great effort to convince all the state and made compromise with the state to resolve issues with concess of all the states, Today, most of the Major issues resolved is welcome improvement to implement the GST earlier, I want to suggest that, In the Budget session, all the Central Act related GST bill e.i.CGST,IGST, & State SGST should be passed, also rules to be passed earlier, best wishes
I am sharing with you very small hint of my futuristic plan.
I make Combination of the 7 Largest department of India to make them in Digitalization. I make a project to run these all department in success within very short term of like THREE MONTHS Only.
Covered Departments are Ecommerce / Banking sector (rural & urban) / Education Department / Small Sector / Medium sector / All Transport (Rail/Bus/Air) / Indian Post office.
It is very UNIQUE Project in the World, and world will follow us.
Metering in digital village can be simplified with a cost efficient approach by having Electric pole mounted group metering system at distribution box (Low voltage distribution system) with provision of remote connectivity instead of pursuing for smart services roll-out on individual meters.
For Pilot project we need basic needs main thing is electricity which provide everywhere its expensive and take long time so for that we convert electricity to solar energy which is low cost and onetime investment for lifelong by this we can save electricity and gas both, by this project land owner and government also happy, after getting solar energy people start using electricity cookers in less cost, so we have produce more and more solar equipment's by this common man can get easily.
As a pilot project, I would like to express my thoughts as- First of all we must encourage our people living in rural and remote places to get aware of the project, because in many cases it is seen people do not know the purpose why Government is conducting such things.
They should be taught to learn and harness best possible use of available resources.
And yes, I am sure this Pilot project will be a success.
If I can contribute anything I will be more than happy.
Regards: Anoop
encourage and train to village people for using led bulbs and solar system lights in the place of general electric lights/equipments. And give solar power panels to them on subside basis.
youth in rural area is node point for making digital india. encourage social work in digital payments by giving awards to workers in that field
ALL RURAL LIBRARY WILL CHANGE AS FULL TIME DIGITAL LIBRARY
#DigitalVillage Have WiFi hotspots located on the high mast LED lighting points. Power the high mast pillars using solar energy.
1) first educate to all the people of village like at least improve writing and seeking knowledge with the scheme of vidyanjali
2) if can build basic education to all then improve technical literacy
3) encourage youth of village as form the teams for run digital village by them
4) give rewards and awards to who's panchayats of villages are working in digital mode 100 percent.
