I think we should minimise human interactions in all possible places. Everybody wants priority services, we should introduce priority services for extra charges. All automated with simple steps to follow for every one. Customer care departments -we should introduce student volunteers. Keep changing them. They should get recognition and stipend. For any small corruption - one should get funishment like community service (immediately).

Chartered accountant are mostly responsible of corruption as they only provide knowledge that how to evade tax . So my opinion is that they should work for govt and not for client. If govt pay every ca salary for sifting

I have thought that if all accounting of indian citizen is done on one software which is able to fill gst return and income tax .
Which will prevent gst evation by bill adjustment not only that but it also ensure easy and minimum cost for public to file gst return . Just one click and return is filled. But make sure then person is not doing accounting in any other software .
