In the past three years, the Government has endeavoured to remove corruption in every form and technology presents itself as one of the most potent tools. But, technological interventions work when the interventions are simple, transparent and include a public feedback mechanism. Utilising advancements in technology, the Government is following a multi-pronged strategy to tackle the problem in an effective manner

1. Transferring benefits directly to beneficiaries
2. Making government procurements transparent
3. Digitization of service deliveries
4. Promoting Cashless Transactions
5. Jan Bhagidari
6. Open Government Data

Direct Benefit Transfer was a significant step towards plugging leakages. Amount transferred via DBT is increasing and leakages are reducing. The government has laid equal emphasis on citizens getting Aadhaar. The Jan Dhan-Aadhaar-Mobile (JAM) trinity will bring complete accountability in monetary transactions and eliminate ghost beneficiaries.

Additionally, Government e-Marketplace (GeM) was launched to make government procurements simple and transparent, eliminating any scope of corruption. Faceless e-assessment for income tax payers introduced from 2018 was another important step. Tax officers now communicate with the taxpayers through the ‘E-Proceeding' facility which reduces human interface.

The fight against corruption is a long and arduous one. Various online platforms have been introduced by the government, wherein the citizens can join forces with them by sharing their feedback and views. The decision to involve the honest citizens of our country in the fight increases the strength of the force against corruption to a great extent.

In the same vein, MyGov invites citizens to share their ideas on how technology can be used to uproot corruption and suggest innovations to fight the malice in an effective manner. Ideas and suggestions can be provided in the form of a comment below or by attaching a PDF document.

If 10 complaints are made from your office then CCTV setup is mandatory in your office. Monitored by the ACB office, or senior officers.

corruption can be eradicated if you make law and tax dept independent of politics run by commission which conducts investigation transparently getting to bottom of it.This whole system is running by lawmakers who are politically active law breakers, Its shame that highest judiciary is corrupt where they piled crores of cases pending. This is not democracy! just a illusion which are run by educated organised criminals on the top post which should be dealt immediately, lets see what our PM does!!!!

It is not true that we can't stop corruption. Because we have stoped high rated corruption nicely. Now it's time to remove it from its root. Here in pdf have suggested the possible and easy way to remove corruption. I assure that it will work. I think people who give money illegally are not being happy to do this but they have to do corruption because of the leak of knowledge that how things can be done in legal way. #MyGov #DigitalIndia #Technology #Corruption At last I hope this idea come true

When a corruption case is lodged, the case has to be finished within three months. If found guilty, he should be dismissed and a new person is appointed. By this process, we are weeding out anti social elements and also providing employment to the next generation. But our Governments and Courts are criminal-friendly in practice. They take years together in pronouncing the judgements. The court staff are highly intellect.

No technology can remove corruption from India. It is deeply inherited in our system. Starting from Politicians to top officials of all Government departments are only interested in their personal benefits. The politicians during election time will shower promises and after election they will start gathering money in Swiss bank. These are all open secrets and known to every Indians. So let’s the show run as it is.

We find corruption even in COURTS, the so called sanctified places of DHARMA. In fact, it is the worst of all departments. They take decades to deliver judgments. The arguments, counter arguments take place in piece meal; not of comprehensive nature. In result, the lawyers get regular income from the clients for years together just like LIC agents who gets regular income till life time of the Policy holder, for the marketing service done by him only one time.

It is not just the technology that can wipe off corruption. Our people are so clever that by using the technology itself they can mint money. Our mind setup has to be changed first. For that strict punishment / harsh punishment and fast punishment has to be implemented. With the existing defective Laws and Acts inherited from BRITISH it is not practical. We have to switch over to the ancient formulas whereby the punishment is awarded in Raj Durbar in open forum and immediately implemented.

CORRUPTION is an unavoidable evil of India. Right from Politician to class IV employee, they want to make money on every act they do. If the income so earned, is circulated within in India, we may tolerate. It changes from one Indian hand to another Indian hand. The worst scene is it is going outside India into FOREIGN Banks. Government has failed to bring back the frozen funds of Indians in foreign banks.

Advocates; Chartered Accountants; Doctors take consultancy fees partly in cash and partly by cheque. Govt (ITax) dept may allot some registered number or ATM Card sweeping arrangement through which payment to be collected by them. Fees should NOT be collected by cash and if so they have to declare at the end of the month to Income Tax Authority and must file every month.
