digitisation alone can't eradicate corruption to its fullest. we need a robust feedback system in place after the citizens consume any service in every public sector undertaking. rather than a separte grivience redressal system we can embed that into this feedback system.
the feedback can contain the backlogs and the aspects that needs to be improved pertaining to the service. any obstacles faced while consuming the service.

All the tasks seems doable now because of digitalization; then why simple things like updation of mobile number and address on Aadhar card cannot be done online? Especially when there are few places it's done and that too very limited tokens are given in a day. #DigitalIndia

civic authorties collect high amounts of taxes from citizens, taxes such as property tax, road tax, city improvement taxes etc., While the collection is digital, we do not know how this tax is used. We find citizens are the last preference . There are no proper foot paths for walking in cities, (most are occupied by vendors , or there is no levelled foot paths, or some private construction is happening). Unless Citizens are accorded first priority, I do not see any success to any scheme.

First the ANTI CORRUPTION TEAM must be made strong by giving them free hand to capture the corrupt officer
2)see that the amount must transfer to beneficiary account directly once the application is approved without any middle men.

A major corruption branch is of building new roads many scams go on but nobody knows about it. why it is costly to build a road? I say it's not costly they make it costly by corruption. The best way to reduce is to do a simple experiment and calculation. Take the material from any local company as much required to build a road of 1 kilometer .calculate the cost used to make that road .For example it takes Rs 10000 to make the road on that cost basis money should be given to build road

HI,
According to me all the fee structures and issuing of any documents should be done within 1-2 days with providing basic good IT infra and UPS back up and server to reduce the corruption as at present most of the documents are issuing 5-7 working days and people of this country is on cloud nine always and they will pay the bribe to the Govt officials and getting manual written documents and if Govt took stringent action that all manual written documents should not entertain in offices.
