In the past three years, the Government has endeavoured to remove corruption in every form and technology presents itself as one of the most potent tools. But, technological interventions work when the interventions are simple, transparent and include a public feedback mechanism. Utilising advancements in technology, the Government is following a multi-pronged strategy to tackle the problem in an effective manner

1. Transferring benefits directly to beneficiaries
2. Making government procurements transparent
3. Digitization of service deliveries
4. Promoting Cashless Transactions
5. Jan Bhagidari
6. Open Government Data

Direct Benefit Transfer was a significant step towards plugging leakages. Amount transferred via DBT is increasing and leakages are reducing. The government has laid equal emphasis on citizens getting Aadhaar. The Jan Dhan-Aadhaar-Mobile (JAM) trinity will bring complete accountability in monetary transactions and eliminate ghost beneficiaries.

Additionally, Government e-Marketplace (GeM) was launched to make government procurements simple and transparent, eliminating any scope of corruption. Faceless e-assessment for income tax payers introduced from 2018 was another important step. Tax officers now communicate with the taxpayers through the ‘E-Proceeding' facility which reduces human interface.

The fight against corruption is a long and arduous one. Various online platforms have been introduced by the government, wherein the citizens can join forces with them by sharing their feedback and views. The decision to involve the honest citizens of our country in the fight increases the strength of the force against corruption to a great extent.

In the same vein, MyGov invites citizens to share their ideas on how technology can be used to uproot corruption and suggest innovations to fight the malice in an effective manner. Ideas and suggestions can be provided in the form of a comment below or by attaching a PDF document.

All digital payments of tolls, traffic offences fines etc to be 10 % lower than cash payment. 3. All e- commerce sites for commodities shall declare country of manufacture along with price, example l want to buy good quality products, generally Chinese products are of low quality.. Regards. Adharnia Pradhan Mantri ji,
I have noticed in bengali news that west Bengal is best in MGNREGA project.
But locally I heard some villagers told me a massive corruption in this work is happening in Supervisors and local leaders level. They took the job card from the villagers and put attendance in work who is not present in that day, and later force the villagers to withdraw money from bank and give them in party office. I thik it sould audit the productivity by mandays and appriciate the best.

Sir,
Create a pan India portal to raise corruption complain on anyone with photo or video proof.
It is just pointing finger.

Make sure the complain raiser is not heckled by govt officers.
Even not asked to come to any place or do something.
People want to point finger, but always don't have time to go through process.
(This is the main reason people in India do not raise complain)

Govt officer should directly check the person on which the complain is raised.

we tried many times to prevent this corruption but it's one & only solution that make a national helpline number & a website where common people lodge complain without declassified there names .. govt should encourage this people about this giving prize ... otherwise this is impossible to end corruption from grassroot level ... use technology use power of common man just finished the corruption

LBS licence for is given to civil engineers by state govt. But in Panchayat level some people who have no degree at all forge certificates or pay bribes to get this licence. The whole process of making LBS licence should go online and documents such as degree certificates should be scanned and uploaded and then be verified. Also smart cards should be created containing all licence info and should be given to engineers. Submission of plans and estimation should go online. No paperwork.

What ever technology we bring, someone will be there to crack it. Now people of india understand, how to loot legally (compare punishment Vs crime) Im willing to go to jail for 2-3 yrs making 300-400 Cr. Why not, all might willing to do. Many business man doing that only. Core Problem is No Punishment for any crime. Unless we change the punishment very severe and immediate. No other action will help.

There will be good availability of medicine to poor, purchase of the medicine will be dynamic. It a should be progressive for jan aushadhi yojna and save revenue too

Till to the point i have seen corruption in my life i have seen corruption taking place due to abscence of knowledge relating to provision of law, our fundamental rights and ignorance to fact, such as tc (collecting unfair fines), traffic police (collecting un-accounted money), police officers taking bribes, so if we know rules and penalities, relating to matter concerned and be asked to make payment at a particular site of government,it will be helpful to reduce corruption upto some extenct
