the higher authorities do not use technology ,so thinking about bringning down corruption through technology is a very distant dream.We should push the bureaucracy to use IT tools to view the progress of project.

ACB GUJARAT has seek permission to investigation against 62 class I officers, but only 11 officer's permission granted by GOVERNMENT of GUJARAT. Why only 11? It is just investigation. There should no delay or refusal for investigation. GOVERNMENT of India, should inquire, for such position in all other states. And strictly instruct all state governments to permit ANTI CORRUPTION BEAURO for such investigation. This will greatest help to reduce corruption in India.
Hello Sir,
I am Damodar, an IT professional from Bangalore.
We all are living in the digital world now so thought why don’t we start a scheme to keep eyes on our beloved MP/MLAs work at ground level using technology?
Being PM, it is impossible to meet every citizen to get the feedback of their MPs/MLAs. How they are doing and implementing all the govt schemes.
Please find the attached PDF in that I have added my approach to achieve it.

In cooperative banks in Odisha the elected directors should be graduates in cooperative management...all transactions should be through computers...transparency in all levels should be there...
To enter into any govt or political job one should be compulsorily served in Indian military...

Preventive detection through monitoring of networks and individuals;
Awareness raising to empower the public and inform it about its right to resist arbitrary
There should be bio-metric attendance machine in all government offices and government school.Bio-metric attendance machine will be linked to daily HR/workflow App/portal.If any employee will come late, it will be reflected on workflow app.Government department can deduct either salary or leave based on those monthly attendance.Employees will apply in HR/workflow app, for any type of leave with justified reason.By this way government can prevent unwanted leaves of employees and dummy attendance.
