In the past three years, the Government has endeavoured to remove corruption in every form and technology presents itself as one of the most potent tools. But, technological interventions work when the interventions are simple, transparent and include a public feedback mechanism. Utilising advancements in technology, the Government is following a multi-pronged strategy to tackle the problem in an effective manner

1. Transferring benefits directly to beneficiaries
2. Making government procurements transparent
3. Digitization of service deliveries
4. Promoting Cashless Transactions
5. Jan Bhagidari
6. Open Government Data

Direct Benefit Transfer was a significant step towards plugging leakages. Amount transferred via DBT is increasing and leakages are reducing. The government has laid equal emphasis on citizens getting Aadhaar. The Jan Dhan-Aadhaar-Mobile (JAM) trinity will bring complete accountability in monetary transactions and eliminate ghost beneficiaries.

Additionally, Government e-Marketplace (GeM) was launched to make government procurements simple and transparent, eliminating any scope of corruption. Faceless e-assessment for income tax payers introduced from 2018 was another important step. Tax officers now communicate with the taxpayers through the ‘E-Proceeding' facility which reduces human interface.

The fight against corruption is a long and arduous one. Various online platforms have been introduced by the government, wherein the citizens can join forces with them by sharing their feedback and views. The decision to involve the honest citizens of our country in the fight increases the strength of the force against corruption to a great extent.

In the same vein, MyGov invites citizens to share their ideas on how technology can be used to uproot corruption and suggest innovations to fight the malice in an effective manner. Ideas and suggestions can be provided in the form of a comment below or by attaching a PDF document.

Required is honest will and sincere effort by Govt and it's agencies and Hon.Courts of Law.Public participation or voice should be allowed and heard on various respectable platforms.Media debates are like mere display of few faces with barking voices.

if digital devices are used in anti-national activities or in activities that categorically harms someone, they should be put under the category of weapons. hence laws should be made to include certain high end devices that can perform some high profile criminal task under monitoring and purchasers of high end digital and expensive devices should be required to give extra verification before buying them at retail stores. moreover retail stores should also be ordered to follow the same rules/laws

corruption is just not a name it is a system itself have many ways to try to stop it but most of NA as we all seen that every country make policies and technology according there environment and mentality. awareness is essential but we have to do more. so my suggestion is to make a unique number to every government employee than 1. make biometric attendance system with the help of aadhar 2. app which is use to collect compliance and count the numbers if any person get many numbers than inquiry.

THEN ONLY ITS POSSIBLE AND IMPROVE SOMETHING OTHERWISE EVERYTHING JUST BECOMES WASTE SCRAP OR ZERO.

only you can do it by making India digitalised. I mean go for digital payment like BHIM or paytm & just make all the population of India under one server. You have to force all the people to go cashless & withdraw all the currency from market. For that who haven't internet there is scope of cards like ATM card. Any 50 paisa will be in detailed of the government

obviously technology proved to be a weapon to come over corruption but the reach of common man still tough or he/she doesn't know what benefits he received sooner than before through technology ie DBTL. CORRUPTION NOT ONLY CAN BE DEFEATED BY TECHNOLOGY,BUT CHANGING THOUGHTS,CREATING MORALS NATIONWIDE,DEVOLOPING SENSES,BUILDING SOCIO-POLITICAL BRIDGES,GOING NEAR THE REAL VICTIM OF SYSTEM. WHY DO A SRAKEHOLDER TAKES THE SHORT WAY OF CORRUPTION? MANY ANS EXIST BUT BIG ONE IS BITTER THAT IS SYSTEM.
