In the past three years, the Government has endeavoured to remove corruption in every form and technology presents itself as one of the most potent tools. But, technological interventions work when the interventions are simple, transparent and include a public feedback mechanism. Utilising advancements in technology, the Government is following a multi-pronged strategy to tackle the problem in an effective manner

1. Transferring benefits directly to beneficiaries
2. Making government procurements transparent
3. Digitization of service deliveries
4. Promoting Cashless Transactions
5. Jan Bhagidari
6. Open Government Data

Direct Benefit Transfer was a significant step towards plugging leakages. Amount transferred via DBT is increasing and leakages are reducing. The government has laid equal emphasis on citizens getting Aadhaar. The Jan Dhan-Aadhaar-Mobile (JAM) trinity will bring complete accountability in monetary transactions and eliminate ghost beneficiaries.

Additionally, Government e-Marketplace (GeM) was launched to make government procurements simple and transparent, eliminating any scope of corruption. Faceless e-assessment for income tax payers introduced from 2018 was another important step. Tax officers now communicate with the taxpayers through the ‘E-Proceeding' facility which reduces human interface.

The fight against corruption is a long and arduous one. Various online platforms have been introduced by the government, wherein the citizens can join forces with them by sharing their feedback and views. The decision to involve the honest citizens of our country in the fight increases the strength of the force against corruption to a great extent.

In the same vein, MyGov invites citizens to share their ideas on how technology can be used to uproot corruption and suggest innovations to fight the malice in an effective manner. Ideas and suggestions can be provided in the form of a comment below or by attaching a PDF document.

Dear PMO and HRD Ministry, CBSE Exam Paper Leak is disaster for the honest students. I recommend following ideas: 1. Please don't print the question papers and distribute the same much ahead of time. 2. Govt. can build a website for which Exam Centers can be provided with authorized access. 3. Publish the exam paper in the website just few minutes before the exam. 4. All exam centers can print the question papers immediately after publication in website and distribute to students. 1/2

To PMO & GoI, Blockchain is synonymous for TRUST, How many of us trust politicians? But everyone everywhere could depend on futuristic technology such as encryption & blockchain.! We at http://DILD.IN integrated 330+ live projects to create JOBS with futuristic concepts & cutting edge technology, For 03 Yrs. we did not get any support from even bank for JOB creations.. But we progress using digital tech., as GoI has so many plans but NO support from any Banks & dept. on MUDRA Loans.

When process is simplified and human intervention is reduced, there is less or no scope for corruption. Further people working for government should use only government services in the fields like education, healthcare and other services where there is government department is functioning. This will reduce pressure and the greed of the people to make more money by hook or crook. Yoga classes should be made mandatory for government servants and politicians to purify the mind for better society

2000 और 500 का नोट भी बंद करदो देखो कैसे भ्रस्टाचार देश ही छोड़ कर भाग निकलेगा, क्योकि करेंसी जितनी छोटी होगी भ्रस्टाचार उतना ही कम होगा।

We can't just talk about technology in reducing corruption. The main cause of this is undristributive money all over the Indai . Technology can play a major role to curb this problem but first we have to find the root of the cause. Technology is developing daya by day but it is not reaching to all the people and society. We are taking about linking of aadhar card but many such peiplenare there who even don't know what aadhar is..........#digitalindia #skillindia #MyGov #technologu #corruption
