simple, you need to arrange aadhar biometric machines in govt offices, one for employees and one for applicants , applicants need to register their biometric after coming to office at entrance, if they give biometric 2nd time at exit, that means something wrong happening, based on that adhar details, and cc footage corresponding ACB team can contact them secretly, then it would be easy for government to find the problem, from where it is coming, what is happening in govt offices, and solution also

Simple, just a helpline mobile numbers are needed.since nowadays everyone have a mobile phone. So important is design of software has to be done in such a way that incoming mobile no must not be known to any one. Then only details would flow. Even this can be used for crime detection. People may not reveal all due to fear. Here they can boldly give details. It can be divided state wise, taluk wise. Collect details select top corrupted person & action taken. A unique memorable number is needed.

firstly we have to think why more corruption only in govt sector not in private sector. we have to apply feedback system by online portal through all govt department. if any person not satisfied with those department minster should take action and all type of detail we feel up that format in which all type of detail like city , department, problem etc.
