Competence of teachers and their motivation is crucial for improving the quality. Several initiatives are being taken for addressing teacher shortages, shortages of secondary ...
Teachers are entrusted with responsibility of shaping the future and guiding childrens towards fulfillment of their potentials. But the Rule of No Punishment without Proper Training of alternative ways of handling disruptive childrens have rendered them helpless in managing such childrens. As Punishment is not the solution, every teacher should receive proper training in BEHAVIOURAL TECHNIQUES AND STRATEGIES to MODIFY BEHAVIOUR of disruptive children and ensure CONSTRUCTIVE PERSONALITY GROWTH.
Teachers should know various techniques of Pedagogy like Systems thinking using casual loop diagrams, Mind maps ,Critical thinking skills using blooms taxonomy .They should be good story tellers . Teachers should be tech savvy and use you tube to the fullest possible extent for greater impact.
Develop county m ek hi language ka use hota h
Lekin India m person ko Ghar m Apne Mother tounge Ghar k bahar State Tounge School M Hindi and Job Pr English Bolna Padta h
Jisase Unwant Presure aaya h
isliye Goverment School ko puri Tarah s English bana Dena Chahiye
Non English Medium ko bandh kr dena Chahiye
Isase Ek Garib Ghar k bacche bhi Duniya ya India M Kahi bhi Job Kr sakte h aur india K Pragti m Apna Yogdan De sakte h
I think iske baare m ek baar Sochna Chahiye
sir i think one india ..... have one education policy . education can not be devided by relegion.. it cannot be possible that so many catagory like;private convent school, madarsa, primary school, kvs, cbse board ,various state board, etc. runs in one field for bussines purpose and so many different kind of reason. then how can we create our great indians.they are only produces muslims english man ,hindus, clerk, and so on but not indian leaders
Sabse badi samsya h Language
Qki jb koi Non english padhnewala kahi INterview k liye jata h to usko sare swal k jawab to aata h pr English m nhi de sakta isliye wo reject ho jata h
Isliye Main Govrment se apeel karta hu ki Bachho ko KG level se hi English padhya jaye Non english school ko badh kr diya jaye ya phir interview k samy English aur Hindi Dono ko manyta mile n sirf Goverment job m balki pvt job me bhi
Taki Jo idea non English wala janta h usa bhi Use ho sake
to have a quality and competitiveness in Govt teachers I would like to suggest to have salary rise/promotions based only on regular appraisal. Also have some awards for exceptional achievements such as new books writing, higher education in certain subject. Make the quality material/fund available to them to carry out teaching related tasks only. Please donot assign them non-teaching works like election duty/census survey/medical surveys.
nowadays teaching profession is not a chice but a chance.peoples are not so much intrested and enthusistic like in the past.the admission ratio in teacher training collegesis very low due to unavailablity of jobs.which affected the quality of education.the trainers in the training colleges should be well trained.than the teachers will be able to teach in the classrooms.
Teacher Education Career is Road to Doom!!
Never think of becoming a teacher educator if you are not rich enough to pay donation at a private aided college for getting a lecturer post. Out of some 230 B.Ed colleges in the Kerala State 17 are aided colleges 4 are government colleges and the rest 90% are in private/self financing sector, meaning teaching shops.
Chances of getting job in government college is less; only state government school teachers who have qualifications manage to get it;
